Accessibility Statement
BossAI is working to make its public website and buyer-support experience usable by people with disabilities. Last updated: July 27, 2026.
1. Our goal
We aim to provide meaningful access to product information, pricing, legal policies, download information, and buyer support. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical design and testing reference. This statement describes an ongoing effort and is not a claim that every page or third-party service is fully conformant.
2. Measures currently used
- Page-language metadata, descriptive page titles, headings, and landmarks;
- Skip links that move keyboard and screen-reader users to main content;
- Keyboard-operable navigation, links, controls, and contact-form fields;
- Visible labels, instructions, required-field text, and programmatic error messages;
- Alternative text for meaningful images and non-color cues for required or invalid fields;
- Responsive layouts that support browser zoom and reflow;
- A direct method to report an accessibility problem or request an alternative format.
3. Known limitations
Some third-party services, externally hosted screenshots, payment interfaces, email clients, model-provider websites, or downloadable Windows software components are controlled by other providers and may have accessibility limitations outside BossAI's direct control. We will provide reasonable product information or support through an alternative format when practicable.
Automated tests cannot identify every barrier. Manual keyboard, zoom, screen-reader, form-error, and content review remains part of release acceptance.
4. Feedback and assistance
Report an accessibility issue, request an alternative format, or ask for assistance through the Accessibility Support form or email:
BossAI Accessibility Support Form
Please identify the page or feature, the assistive technology or browser used if relevant, the barrier encountered, and the format or assistance requested. Do not include passwords, API keys, full payment-card information, or unrelated sensitive data.
5. Response and remediation
We will acknowledge a usable report within a reasonable period, investigate the barrier, and prioritize issues that prevent access to purchasing information, legal policies, cancellation or refund support, and core product assistance. When immediate remediation is not possible, we will attempt to provide a reasonable alternative method.
6. Language and updates
The English version of this Accessibility Statement is the primary version. The Chinese version is provided for convenience. We will update this statement as the website, support channels, testing process, or known limitations change.
