Terms of Service

These terms apply to BossAI Desktop, BossAI Cloud authorization, and related delivery support. Last updated: July 27, 2026.

1. Contracting party, product, and service

BossAI is a brand operated by Daxinglian Cross-Border E-Commerce Co., Ltd. Unless an order confirmation identifies another supplier or service provider, “BossAI,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Daxinglian Cross-Border E-Commerce Co., Ltd. unless otherwise stated.

BossAI Desktop is content-production software installed on the user's Windows computer. BossAI Cloud manages customers, orders, licenses, devices, releases, and audits. It does not perform video-generation compute and does not centrally store customer work files or model API keys.

2. Software license

The customer receives a right to use the purchased edition within the applicable term, device limit, and scope. The customer does not acquire ownership of the software or source code.

Without written permission, the customer may not resell, rent, sublicense, crack, reverse-engineer license controls, share activation codes at scale, or otherwise bypass device and license restrictions.

3. Orders, Paddle transactions, and delivery

Price, service scope, delivery method, billing period, renewal terms, and refund arrangement are governed by the purchase page, payment evidence, order confirmation, the Refund Policy, or a separate written agreement. Trial-sale, team deployment, and custom services may include different support scopes.

For transactions completed through Paddle, Paddle is the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payment, applicable taxes, billing support, cancellations, and refunds under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. BossAI licenses and supports the product. Training, consulting, and custom professional services may be quoted and contracted separately from Paddle software transactions.

A complete activation code is displayed only once when issued. The customer must keep it confidential. Re-delivery after leakage or abnormal binding may require order and identity verification.

3A. United States subscriptions and automatic renewal

If BossAI offers a subscription or continuous-service plan, the checkout must clearly and conspicuously disclose, before purchase, the product, recurring price, charge frequency, initial and renewal term, automatic-renewal status, minimum commitment, trial or promotional conversion terms, and how to cancel. A subscription will not be activated without the buyer's express affirmative consent to those terms.

After purchase, the buyer must receive a confirmation that can be retained and that states the renewal terms, cancellation policy, and cancellation method. A buyer who accepted online must be able to cancel online without unnecessary obstruction, including through the Paddle buyer portal or another prominently identified electronic method. Cancellation stops future renewal unless the checkout expressly states a different lawful effect.

Where required by United States federal or state law, BossAI and/or Paddle will provide renewal reminders, trial or promotional-expiration notices, annual reminders, and advance notice of material price changes, together with an accessible cancellation method. Any final subscription configuration must be tested before public sale. Until a subscription is expressly configured and shown at checkout, website references to a licence do not create an automatically renewing subscription.

4. Third-party model services and charges

DeepSeek, Ark, Seedance, and other model services are supplied by their respective providers. Accounts, API keys, usage charges, quotas, content policies, and availability are agreed directly between the customer and those providers.

BossAI does not guarantee continuous third-party service availability and does not control provider pricing, regional restrictions, moderation, API changes, outages, or account actions.

5. Content, likeness, and intellectual property

The customer must ensure that all images, voices, videos, trademarks, scripts, likenesses, and other materials used with BossAI have a lawful source and sufficient authorization.

BossAI may not be used to create unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, impersonating, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, maliciously misleading, or otherwise harmful content. The customer is responsible for the final publication and its commercial consequences.

6. AI outputs and human review

AI output is probabilistic and may contain factual mistakes, bias, omissions, repetition, or content unsuitable for a particular platform. The customer must complete factual, copyright, advertising, regulatory, platform, brand, and likeness review before publication.

BossAI output is not legal, medical, financial, investment, or other professional advice.

7. Cloud authorization and devices

BossAI Cloud processes the minimum customer, order, license, and device information needed to provide authorization. A license may be suspended or revoked because of expiry, refund, misuse, abnormal sharing, security risk, or a written agreement.

Revocation is final and cannot be directly reversed in the admin console. After a device is unbound, the customer may need to activate again.

8. Overseas hosting and availability

The website and BossAI Cloud are currently hosted primarily on servers in the United States. Cross-border connectivity, regional network controls, carrier routing, and third-party infrastructure may affect speed or availability.

We use reasonable measures to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability in every region or at every time. Maintenance, urgent security action, network failure, and force majeure may cause temporary interruption.

See the Deployment, filing and data notice.

9. Data and privacy

Information is handled under the Privacy Policy. A customer submitting another person's personal information, voice, or likeness is responsible for the lawful basis, notice, authorization, and consent required by applicable law.

10. Support and diagnostics

Support requests should include only the necessary, redacted version, steps, error message, task reference, and diagnostic material. Do not send API keys, database passwords, admin tokens, complete identity documents, or unrelated personal information by email, screenshot, or chat.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BossAI is not responsible for indirect loss, lost expected profit, or business interruption caused by third-party models, network outages, customer device failure, misconfiguration, unreviewed publication, infringing assets, platform enforcement, or breach of these terms.

Mandatory law prevails. Where a separate written agreement applies to a transaction, that agreement and these terms apply together; any conflict is resolved by the express written agreement and mandatory law.

12. Language, updates, and contact

The English version of these Terms is the primary and legally binding version. Any Chinese translation is provided for convenience only. Mandatory law prevails where it does not permit this language rule.

We may update these terms when the product, hosting architecture, payment relationship, or legal requirements change. Review the last-updated date before continuing to use a new version.
