If SP-API access is approved and authorized by a seller, BossAI will process only the minimum necessary data for the approved business-intelligence scope. The current product does not perform automatic Amazon operations.

Security Controls

  • Access control: Amazon information access is limited according to user roles and business needs.
  • Encryption: HTTPS/TLS protects information during transmission.
  • Credential management: Credentials and secrets are not stored in public repositories.
  • Identity protection: Account permissions and authentication controls are applied.
  • Incident response: Security events are investigated and handled through defined procedures.

Data Boundaries

BossAI does not sell Amazon data, does not share Amazon information with unauthorized third parties, and does not request unnecessary buyer personal information permissions.
